You have reached Access Bank Zambia Customer Experience, thank you for making an inquiry. To get started on mobile banking, Kindly follow the outlined steps.

Download the Access Bank app onto your phone
Open it and select Mobile Banking
Click ‘New registration
Enter your account number
Select ID Type (NRC/Passport/Driver’s License)
Enter your ID number
Select Security Questions
Enter Answers to the selected security question.

Alternatively, you may register using our USSD Code.

Dial *202# on your mobile phone
Enter account number
Select ID Type (NRC/Passport/Driver’s License)
Input ID number
Select Security Questions
Enter Answer to the selected security question.
