How to open a Tenga account

Thank you for reaching out to Access Bank Zambia. We appreciate your inquiry and are here to assist you. Kindly follow the outlined steps below to get started on Tenga;

1. Dial *360# on your mobile phone to initiate the process 
2. Enter your first name and last name as they appear on your identification
3. Select the type of ID you will be using (NRC/Passport/Driver’s License)
4. Input your ID number accurately 
5. Select the security questions that you prefer for your account
6. Enter the answer to the selected security question to verify your identity.
7. Wait for a 4 digit one time password (OTP) to be sent to your registered mobile number.               

Alternatively, if you prefer to register online, you can do so via the app by downloading the Tenga app from your playstore or App Store.
