When a customer transfers funds to a mobile number, the recipient has the option to withdraw cardless from an Access 2 ATM within 3 days. To withdraw, the sender generates an OTP which they share with the recipient to enable them to access funds at the ATM. Or the recipient can opt to open a Tenga account on the same phone number to which the transfer was done. The amount is immediately credited to the recipient's Tenga account upon successful registration.
