Failed transfer to NFS

Request for the beneficiary's phone number and check the NFS report to find out whether the customer transferred to the correct intended mobile number. If the number is correct but unsuccessful, log on it the complaints system for support. If the recipient's mobile number is wrong, inform the customer immediately so that they can follow up with the MNO and the unintended beneficiary. Meanwhile, log the complaint on the complaints system.
