Confirm the error message. An IMSI reset might be required. It is required when a customer who is already registered on mobile banking replaces their SIM card and attempts to access mobile banking via USSD. Administer ID&V. If the customer has passed the security questions, log onto Modefin, initiate an IMSI reset, and submit it for approval. Send an email to the Approvers or checkers for approval. Only then will it be effected.
